Embody Your Innocence

Embody Your Innocence

A Yothera Retreat in Sedona

February 16th-20th, 2023
Spirit of the Heavens Retreat Center, Sedona

More on SOTH here.

Do you long to reconnect with your true, authentic nature of innocence, play, and expressed freedom? Have you struggled to incorporate more flow, trust, and intuition into your life--that may primarily have been lead by your mind, planning, and strategizing?

Embody Your Innocence incorporates a variety of healing modalities on the sacred land of Sedona, to initiate you into your most authentic, playful, childlike self again. By removing the layers of what is not true--we naturally turn on our sensuality, felt-sense of intuition, and connect back to our body again. This is done through individual exploration, as well as group connection and practices. You will leave this retreat feeling more empowered and connected to the most authentic and true version of you--your innocence, and freedom.

What is included:

  • Yothera Flow - An embodied group practice that incorporates connection to earth, breath, free movement, authentic expression, yoga therapy, toning/voice expression, and inner exploration.

  • Tantric Breathwork sessions, facilitating massive shifts that clear out stuck energy in the body

  • Group speaking and witnessing practices, group dialogue, and free-writing/sharing practices.

  • Teachings on the Yothera Method, a psychotherapeutic modality using archetypes, shadow work, and Internal Family Systems to better understand what is holding us back in our lives.

  • Exploration of the sacred vortexes and portals on the land of Spirit of the Heavens. This space is truly transformational, holding the power of each of the elements, as well as archangel sites, labyrinth, and private spaces to meditate and self-reflect.

  • All meals are included (3 vegetarian meals/day)

About Jacob Massey’s Bodywork

About Jacob Massey’s Bodywork

Jacob Massey has been a lifelong student of the body and Spirit, and how they integrate and express together.

At a very young age, Jacob became aware of the subtle energetic language that moves through all living things and its pathways through the human body. This naturally led him to the extensive study of movement and energetic healing modalities around the world—to further clarify, refine and share the wisdom and presence accessible to us through the body that he had discovered through his own lived experience.
