The Yothera Method is a Three-Phase Inner-Alchemical journey, that will transform old material of the mind into the gold that lies within your body. The 3-phases of the journey include:

1. The Mind

2. In-Bodiment

3. The Elixir

Throughout the three phases, participants are guided through a process of breaking down the old stories of their conscious and unconscious mind, deepening their awareness of their body through learning it’s language, and learning to connect to their inner wisdom, heart, and intuition. 

Using a blend of embodied therapeutic practices and psychotherapeutic modalities, Yothera Method is a holistic blend of transformational work that includes daily practices, group support, and individual mentorship as needed.

Participants learn to become the author of their new story, create it, and share it as part of integrating it into their lives.

Yothera Method offers a 10-week group that guides participants through it’s Three-Phase Inner-Alchemical journey, so they can experience it for themselves, before learning how to facilitate it as a guide for others they work with. 

These 10-week groups are open to anyone interested in experiencing Yothera Method for themselves, as a human (not a professional)

*Note: In addition to this group being open to anyone, it is also a pre-requisit for those who wish to continue on to the Yothera Method Facilitator Training Program*

This 10-week group will transform old material of the mind into the gold that lies within your body. 

The 3-phases of the 10-week journey includes:

Throughout the three phases, participants are guided through a process of breaking down the old stories of their conscious and unconscious mind, deepening their awareness of their body through learning it’s language, and learning to connect to their inner wisdom, heart, and intuition. 

Using a blend of embodied therapeutic practices and psychotherapeutic modalities, this 10-week group is a holistic blend of transformational work that includes daily practices, group support, accountability partners, and individual mentorship with Jessica as  needed.

Participants learn to become the author of their new story, create it, and share it as part of integrating it into their lives.

This group provides deep and lasting transformation, and is often repeated by individuals, as it's an ever-unfolding, ever-changing process of revealing one’s new story.  It changes as we change, and thus participants learn to nurture and sustain their new stories moving forward in their lives.

The 10-Week group offers a variety of professionals 15 CEU’s.

The Yothera Method Facilitator Training Program is a 9-month program, for those who have completed the 10-week group and wish to learn how to incorporate these concepts into the service work they are doing in the world.  

Participants are in a variety of helping and healing professions, such as:

-Mental Health Therapists (LCSW/LMSW/LCPC/LPC/PSYCHOLOGIST/etc)

-Life Coaches

-Health and Wellness Coaches

-Functional Medicine practitioners

-Doctors

-Massage Therapists

-Yoga Therapists

-Yoga Teachers

-Reiki healers/energy practitioners

-Cranialsacral Therapists

-Physical and Occupational Therapists

-Students in counseling programs or social work programs

-Anyone who plans to use this as a service in the world as a Certified Yothera Method Practitioner. 

The 9-month Facilitator Training offers 54 CEU’s including 3 Ethics for a variety of professionals.

The term “Yothera Method Certification Program” (or YMCP) refers to the full 1- year program, which includes participation in the the 10-week group + 9-month facilitator training.

Yes, all Yothera Method groups and programs provide CEU’s for a variety of professionals. You can see the list of professionals covered HERE

Yes! Yothera Method is a modality that is intended to support you in your own unique expression of your gifts. While it operates within a 3-Phase process, the phases and tools can easily be blended with the work that you’re already doing with your clients.

Yothera Method Certification is specifically for individuals currently working, or intending on working in the helping and healing professions. It is created for those currently working as therapists or helpers/healers (See list of professions that obtain CEU’s HERE) or a student enrolled in a program that provides a structure to working with individuals in a therapeutic and healing way. You do not have to be a mental health therapist, but you must be trained in some way for holding space for therapeutic work, and have current clients or intend to work one-on-one with individuals as part of your profession.

The 10-Week Embodied Alchemy Group is a good way to experience Yothera Method for yourself, and is also a prerequisite for anyone who wishes to go through the certification program. This 10-Week group is open to anyone. You can find the next 10-week group HERE

Once you’ve completed the certification program, you can apply to be featured on our website, and will be invited to stay part of our Membership Program which will allow you access to multiple CEU trainings, videos, and Yothera Method tools and support to keep you updated on all things Yothera. You’ll also have special discounts and membership rates for future retreats and workshops. You may also be invited to assist us in growing our community, as a certified trainer and Yothera Method practitioner.

YES! Absolutely. All parts of the Yothera Method Certification Program are for you, as you will be able to add this to the work that you do once you graduate. Special prices and discounts apply for current students.
