You'll start your certification process by receiving the work yourself at your own pace through the self-paced online course Embody Your New Story. (Embody Your New Story also provide you with 15 professional CEUs!) Click here to learn more about the course.

If you have already attended a 10 Week Embodied Alchemy Group, you can apply to the certification program without completing Embody Your New Story.

Graduate students currently working toward a licensure-track degree (MFT/MSW etc.) receive a 30% discount!

Embody Your New Story

An On-demand, Self-Paced, Online Course

You will be personally guided through the 3-Phase Process of Yothera Method to experience it yourself.

Phase 1: The Mind

• Working with the Archetypes, shadow work, and integration of our hidden blind-spots, cognitive dissonance, defense mechanisms and mental blocks that sabotage our healing.

• Working with the layers of the conscious and unconscious mind

  
  

Phase 2: In-Bodiment

• How the unconscious mind speaks/learning it’s language through the body

• Exploring key emotions that play a vital role in our transformation process

• Working with the nervous system, internal and external resourcing

• Heart coherent breathwork, and other transformational breathing exercises

• Embodied practices to speak the language of the body

• Develop and learn the language of our own Intuition

• Embodied experiences, informed by yoga therapy and body-based mindfulness

• Writing, speaking, and toning practices

• Energy centers of the body and how they can inform us

• Grounding and visualization practices

• Partner practices and exercises to support us in being witnessed in our process

• Senses and Sensation practices to anchor us more into the body

Phase 3: The Elixir- Integration

• Practice sharing our new stories with the group

• Witnessing and being witnessed through unconditional love and compassion

• Ethical embodiment

• Integration practices to anchor new story into daily life

 9 Month Facilitator Training

The YMFT is designed to teach participants how to guide their own clients through the Yothera Method.  During these 9 months, participants will practice using the methods along the way, with their clients, as part of the learning process

Please note: All Q&A sessions plus the Saturday immersions will be recorded, and must be made up by the participant if they are unable to attend live.

If a participant wishes to have one or more individual sessions with Jess for additional support, those will be scheduled and paid for separately.
