Feeling "Worthy" Is An Inside Job

Without even realizing it, we give our power away constantly by working too hard, trying to “prove” our competency and worth to the external world. We do this in so many subtle (and some not so subtle) ways, and this pattern slowly eats away at our life force—our ability to fully be in our POWER

I know this because I’ve experienced this personally, and I know how sneaky the ego is to “trick” us into thinking we are working so hard to help others, be of service, or get ahead.

While these might be true, often we don’t see the subtle layers of unworthiness behind the scenes of these statements....the subtle motivations for pushing ourselves, setting unrealistic goals, and then feeling unworthy when things don’t go the way we thought they should.

This kind of relationship with life is not sustainable, and does not allow life to flow through us naturally—because we have set such rigid expectations and plans in place.

True power comes from a deep cellular resonance with knowing you already have what you are seeking. THIS LIFE that is here right now, is already more than enough.

From this space of gratitude we can become magnetic to what we desire to receive, and we begin to see the abundance of opportunities available to us. Life is constantly handing us choices and options, but will be be able to see them if we are so focused on ONE WAY we want life to go?

Whether we can see it right now or not, all our questions are being answered. All of our “problems” are weaving solutions. It’s already taken care of, already done.

Our job now is to show up and make ourselves available to ALL options that life is showing us on our path.

Instead of pushing more, controlling more, working harder—just open to receive what you don’t see. Answers flow quicker to us when we get out of the way. Everything is energy, and sometimes we get too dense and can’t flow.

This is the message I will forever be practicing, refining, and trusting in—that I am always taken care of, supported, and loved
