Experiential Learning

“To know and not do, is to not know at all.”

Have you ever gone to a practitioner for help, but left feeling more confused as to "how" to implement the changes they said you needed? This is because many practitioners do not know exactly how to do what they tell you to--because they haven't done it themselves.

This is not uncommon, as our education system is not set up in a way that truly empowers the learner to feel, explore, and try on new concepts in their own lives, before having to own them as "truth" for their licensure exam...which eventually becomes what they tell you, as their client, what is best.

Yothera Method blends education and experience, in a way that allows the learner to experience and feel it in their own body, WHILE they are learning new concepts.

This is because we believe true wisdom happens through experience alone--not simply learning through the conscious, linear mind alone. Embodied wisdom is the foundation of Yothera Method. Experiential learning describes the ideal process of learning which invites you to understand yourself as a learner, and empowers you to take charge of your own learning and development.

The way you learn is the way you approach life! It is also the way you solve problems, make decisions, and meet life’s challenges. So knowing yourself on this level, as you continue your professional education, is KEY.

Experiential learning is embodied wisdom.
